SERVICE CONTRACTS Laser Action Plus understands the inconvenience of unexpected costs due to equipment breakdown. For this reason, we have developed a program of annual contracts designed to minimize this problem for our customers. Many businesses find it easier to budget for IT services by signing an annual contract for a predetermined amount. This also helps to ensure that attention is given to prevention of system problems rather than reacting to one after it occurs. Our service contract provides flexibility because it can be used toward any of the services offered by LAP Technologies. Customers with service contracts receive discounted rates and priority response time. If a customer uses all their contract dollars before the end of the contract term, we will extend the reduced rates to the end of the term on a pay as you go basis. Services are provided at the customers' convenience on a predetermined schedule or as needed. Contract levels vary based on the individual needs of the business. The discount rate increases with the amount of the contract. The contract amount is applied to labor only, so any hardware, software, parts, etc. would be billed separately. Our IT consultants will gladly price out a contract tailored for your company as well as provide a listing of our service rates. |

EXTENDED WARRANTIES Laser Action Plus, Inc. also offers the option of purchasing an extended warranty. For a low, one time cost, your equipment can be covered against any breakdowns for up to three (3) years beyond the initial manufacturer’s warranty. While covered, if your equipment ever fails, you pay absolutely nothing. In most cases, services can be performed at your site.
